I-ASTM – imele i-American Society for Testing and Materials.Eyaziwa namuhla njenge-ASTM International, ingumholi kumazinga omhlaba wonke okuphepha, ikhwalithi kanye nokuzethemba kwabathengi.Kunamazinga amaningi we-ASTM we-PVC kanyeAmapayipi we-CPVC nokufakwa.

I-FPT (FIPT) – Eyaziwa nangokuthi intambo yepayipi lesifazane (yensimbi).Lolu uhlobo oluluchungechunge oluhlala odebeni lwangaphakathi lokufatha futhi luvumela ukuxhumeka ku-MPT noma emaphethelweni epayipi elinentambo yowesilisa.Izintambo ze-FPT/FIPT zivame ukusetshenziswa ezinhlelweni zamapayipi ze-PVC ne-CPVC.

 

Ifenisha yeBanga le-PVC – Uhlobo lwepayipi nokufakwa okuklanyelwe ukusetshenziswa ekuphatheni okungewona uketshezi.I-PVC yebanga lefenisha ayilinganiselwe futhi kufanele isetshenziswe kuphela ezinhlelweni zokusebenza zesakhiwo/zokuzijabulisa.Ngokungafani ne-PVC evamile, i-PVC yebanga lefenisha ayinawo amamaki noma ukungapheleli okubonakalayo.

I-ID – (Ububanzi Bangaphakathi) Ibanga eliphakeme phakathi kwezindonga ezimbili zangaphakathi zobude bepayipi.

 

IPS - (Usayizi Wepayipi Lensimbi) Uhlelo olujwayelekile lokulinganisa lwepayipi le-PVC, elaziwa nangokuthi i-Ductile Iron Pipe Standard noma i-Nominal Pipe Size Standard.

I-Sch – ifushane kuSheduli – ukujiya kodonga lwepayipi

 

Isheduli 40 - Imvamisa imhlophe, lokhu ubukhulu bodonga lwe-PVC.Amapayipi nokufakwa kungaba “nezinhlelo” ezihlukahlukene noma ubukhulu bodonga.Lona ukujiya okuvame ukusetshenziselwa ubunjiniyela basekhaya nokunisela.

 

Isheduli 80 - Imvamisa okumpunga,Hlela amapayipi e-PVC angama-80futhi okokufakwayo kunezindonga eziwugqinsi kuneSheduli engu-40 PVC.Lokhu kuvumela i-sch 80 ukuthi imelane nezingcindezi eziphezulu.I-Sch 80 PVC ivamise ukusetshenziswa ezinhlelweni zezohwebo nezimboni.

 

Ukuslayida - bheka isokhethi

 

Isokhethi – Uhlobo lwesiphetho esilinganisweni esivumela ipayipi ukuthi ushelele endaweni efanele ukuze yakhe uxhumano.Endabeni ye-PVC ne-CPVC, izingxenye ezimbili zihlanganiswe ndawonye zisebenzisa i-adhesive ye-solvent.

I-Viton – Igama lomkhiqizo i-fluoroelastomer elisetshenziswa kuma-gaskets nama-O-rings ukuhlinzeka ngokuvala.IViton wuphawu lokuthengisa olubhalisiwe lwaseDuPont.

 

Ingcindezi Yokusebenza - Umthwalo wengcindezi onconywayo kwipayipi, ukufaka noma i-valve.Lokhu kucindezela kuvame ukuvezwa nge-PSI noma amaphawundi ngentshi yesikwele.
